解决办法：

根据上面的出错提示找到了原因，原来我在应用程序池 中启用了CPU监视，‍FASTCGI模式不支持CPU监 视，禁用CPU监视后就正常了。

错误提示：

FastCGI Error
The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. //FastCGI 处理程序无法处理请求。
